A tight-knit community of sustainable, accessible and affordable eco-friendly homes.

Highlights

Joining a community

We know what makes a great place to live, so we’ve prioritised all the things people need in the long term. In Salford, we’ve built homes alongside amenities and facilities, public spaces, gardens and footpaths. Our residents at Greenhaus will be joining an established community designed around interaction and human connections.

Cutting carbon footprints

Greenhaus is the largest Passivhaus-certified development in the North West. Homes here will use up to 70-90% less energy than traditional housing stock, helping residents to reduce their fuel bills and cut their carbon footprint. Energy saving features include triple-glazed windows, the latest insulation technology, air source heat pumps and publicly accessible electric vehicle charging spaces.

Eco-homes for all

We believe that sustainable, low-cost living should be accessible to everyone. We’ve partnered with Salix Homes to make these ultra-low-energy homes available for affordable rent and to buy. Our Greenhaus community will benefit from lower energy bills, consistent and comfortable temperatures alongside access to green space and public transport routes.
