From our initial investment of £100 million, we’re delivering five schemes in England worth £1.6 billion. To date, we’ve taken 100 acres of brownfield land and turned it into 1,300 homes in new neighbourhoods, along with 850,000 sq ft of office, retail and leisure space, generating some 5,000 jobs in the process.

The story doesn’t end there. We’ve got 2,210 homes still in the pipeline, alongside 820,000 sq ft of new commercial development.

Using the fund’s expanded potential, we’re seeking new partnerships with leading councils, regional authorities and other public sector organisations as well as exploring ways to further develop our current schemes.

Through our investment, we’re not only delivering value for our partners and local communities, but unlocking opportunities for new investors and developers to participate in urban regeneration.
