Muse strengthens Yorkshire and the North East team with senior appointment

We have strengthened our Yorkshire and the North East team with the hire of Jack Pasley as Senior Project Manager.
Jack joins our Leeds-based team from Queensberry Real Estate, where he played a key role working alongside public and private partners to drive forward the delivery of mixed-use town centre redevelopments in Nuneaton and Huddersfield and repurposing an iconic Grade II* listed hotel as part of a development scheme for Kirklees Council.
Prior to his work at Queensberry Real Estate, Jack spent seven years at Mott MacDonald as Senior Associate, working primarily with government agencies upgrading a diverse range of estates and prominent public buildings across the UK.
Drawing on his mixed-use placemaking experience Jack will support the delivery of Bradford City Village, a vision for 900 new affordable and Build-to-Rent (BTR) homes, independent retail and leisure, business spaces and public realm, forming part of a sustainable residential neighbourhood in the city centre.
Bradford City Village is being brought forward by ECF – the placemaking partnership between Muse, Legal & General, and Homes England, together with Bradford Council.
Jack’s appointment to assist in the delivery of City Village will boost our growth trajectory in Yorkshire and the North East, building on our strong pipeline of regional schemes including Forge Island, Rotherham, One City Park, Bradford and Northshore, and Stockton on Tees.
